Additive-Free Cajá Pulp – Pure Fruit for Industrial Use

Our cajá pulp is 100% natural, with no preservatives, no added sugar, no water, and no mango pulp—often used to artificially increase Brix levels. We deliver pure cajá fruit pulp, just as nature intended.

Despite being a highly perishable fruit sourced through wild harvesting, simple and effective techniques allow us to offer non-fermented, undiluted cajá pulp with no chemical additives.

The cajá harvest season is short, typically occurring between March and June, which makes timely processing essential to preserve the fruit’s natural quality.

Ideal for industrial food production, our ready-to-use cajá pulp is available in large volumes directly from the main cajá-producing region.

Wholesale only – exclusively for the food industry.

Hey, everyone! Welcome to this material that dives into the heart of our strategy and reveals the secret behind Graviola da Bahia's excellence! Our location is not just an address; it is a fundamental competitive differentiator that directly influences our global leadership and the non-negotiable quality of our pulps. The Strategic Power of Baixo Sul da Bahia Graviola da Bahia is specifically located in Wenceslau Guimarães. It is crucial to emphasize this point as a key differentiator: we are situated in the traditional region of Baixo Sul baiano , and not just Southern Bahia. This geographical distinction is crucial, as this is where our leadership resides. 1. Global Leadership in Soursop The Baixo Sul baiano region has established itself as the world capital of soursop cultivation . This region is the global leader in soursop production, surpassing even traditional producers both in Brazil (like Ceará) and abroad (like Colombia and Venezuela). This leadership position translates into: High Volume and Regular Production: The strategic location guarantees the production of large volumes with quality and regularity. This is an essential advantage for the industry, as it ensures the product is maintained in the market throughout the entire year. Regional Expertise: In addition to soursop (graviola), which is our flagship product, the region is abundant in other tropical fruits we process, such as cocoa, cupuaçu, and cajá, ensuring raw material of controlled origin for the entire portfolio. 2. Superior Quality of Raw Material The location in the Baixo Sul baiano offers ideal climatic conditions that directly influence the quality of the fruits. The superior quality of the fruit is one of the region's major differentiators: Fruits Ideal for Industry: The perfect climate, combined with increasing technical farming sophistication in the region, allows for the development of fruits with high brix content and balanced pH. These characteristics are ideal for the manufacture of pulps used in juices, ice creams, yogurts, and other derivatives. Impressive Size: The fruits cultivated in our region are impressive in size. They easily reach 8 or 10 kg each, which is significantly larger compared to the average of 3 kg found in other producing regions. In summary, the location in Wenceslau Guimarães, in the Baixo Sul da Bahia , not only places us at the forefront of global soursop production but also guarantees raw material with the necessary technical standard (Brix, pH, and size) to meet the rigorous international market. This is always done with the commitment to offer pulps that are 100% pure , without additives or preservatives. We have been operating since 2010 with this credibility and focus on purity and quality.
