Quality
Quality control and certifications your industry can audit
Every batch is tracked from intake to shipment, with brix, pH and microbiological control — backed by certifications recognized both nationally and internationally.
Certifications
Documented compliance, from the field to export
MAPA
Product and process registration with Brazil's Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply, ensuring compliance with Brazilian fruit puree production standards.
Health Surveillance
A health permit ensuring good manufacturing practices and food safety across the entire facility.
CRQ
Certification from the Regional Council of Chemistry, validating the company's processes and chemical analyses.
FDA Registration (US)
Active registration with a local agent in the United States, enabling exports to the North American market.
Process
Traceability in five steps
Intake
Immediate inspection of the fruit as it arrives at the facility.
Selection
Ripe fruit in good condition is sorted out; anything below standard is discarded.
Pulping
Washing, extraction and sieving, with brix and pH control on every batch.
Freezing
Immediate freezing under controlled temperature, preserving flavor and nutrients.
Shipping
Traceable packing and microbiological testing before each batch ships.
Our philosophy
Pure fruit, no shortcuts
We reject the idea, common in parts of the raw-material market, that fruit pulping requires added water, sugar or preservatives. Here, we sell only pure fruit — from field selection to final packing.
