Origin and fruit profile
A juicy pulp with a mild flavor, rich in vitamin C, fiber and natural antioxidants (betalains and flavonoids), with a vibrant color — pink or white.
Growing region: Harvested in Limoeiro do Norte and other municipalities in Ceará, processed at our facility in southern Bahia.
Harvest season: Main harvest from January to March; off-season from August to December, accounting for 30% to 40% of annual production.

Ice cream, popsicles, yogurts, smoothies, functional juices and energy drinks.

What does pitaya taste like?
A mild, lightly sweet flavor, reminiscent of a mix between kiwi and melon.
