Sustainability

Industrial scale with environmental and social responsibility

Solar energy, rainwater harvesting, composting and wastewater treatment are all part of our facility's daily routine — along with technical support for small local growers.

Solar energy

A photovoltaic system with 104 panels, generating an average of 5,200 kWh per month — part of the energy consumed by the facility.

Rainwater

Rainwater harvesting for restrooms and facility cleaning.

Composting

Organic waste — peels and seeds — turned into fertilizer through our composting system.

Eco-friendly roofing

Facilities roofed with tiles made from recycled material.

Wastewater treatment

Treatment of both industrial effluents and the facility's sanitary sewage.

Grower support

Technical training and environmental awareness for small integrated growers in the region.

Supply chain

Full use of the fruit, from the field to the factory

About 90% of the soursop grown in Bahia comes from family farming. We guide integrated growers on crop calendars, management practices and the ideal harvest point — ensuring consistent quality for industry and more predictable income for farmers.

Our commitment

  • No water, sugar or preservatives used in our purees
  • Rational water and energy use at the industrial facility
  • Natural ventilation and lighting, reducing the use of artificial climate control
  • Ongoing compliance with MAPA and Health Surveillance regulations
