Soursop is our flagship.
Superfruit with an exotic flavor, slightly acidic and striking, has a lot of acceptance in the market and adds value to your portfolio.
Available throughout the year in large volumes, in Brazil it is still more consumed in the North and Northeast regions, with much room for growth in the rest of the country.
Europeans, notably from Germany, highly value the medicinal properties of this fruit. And your leaves too.
Our product is pure, with no added water or preservatives. We offer the graviola “mass”, consisting of the whole fruit, frozen only without peel and stems and also the pure pulp, free of bagasse and ready for industrial use.
In the field, the size of the fruits of our region is also impressive, which easily reach 8 or 10 kgs each, while in other regions the average weight of the fruit is around 3 kgs.

Simple techniques guarantee pulp without preservatives
Our cashew pulp is also free of additions. Pure fruit.
Cajá is a highly perishable fruit.
However, through simple measures, we offer pure cashew pulp, without preservatives.
No preservatives and no water. And without sugar or mango pulp (used to increase brix).
There is an annual crop of short duration, between the months of March of June.
CAJA PULP is the unfermented and undiluted product obtained from fruit pulp.
Product ready for industrial use.
Product intended only for the food industry (wholesale). We have large volumes, as we are in the caja producing region.
Our product is pure, with no added water or preservatives. Every shipped batch continues with microbiological analysis.

Cupuaçu supplied by local producers
Our cupuaçu pulp is obtained from fruits from integrated producers' orchards, all located in Bahia, in our region, where fruit production is abundant.
Each integrated follows the specific agricultural calendar proposed by us, aiming at quality, such as ideal brix and ph.

World leader in soursop production
The region of souththern Bahia is a world leader in the production of soursop. The perfect weather for the species and the growing technification allow the development of fruits with high brix content and balanced pH for the manufacture of pulp, juice, ice cream and yogurt.
The production of large volumes with quality and regularity, ensures the availability of its product in the market throughout the year.
In addition to the soursop, we process cupuaçu and cocoa and we fulfill customer demands by processing other fruits found in the region such as cherry, pineapple and passion fruit, which can be processed with the same level of quality and service of the agriculture ministry standards.

We abhor the shallow thinking, common in part of the raw material market, that, for example, fruit can only be pulped if water, sugar and preservatives are added.
Here we sell only pure fruit.

Concern about environmental impact
Graviola da Bahia actively works to preserve the environment, adopting Good Manufacturing Practices in the field and industry.
• Rational water consumption: we make use of rainwater at bathrooms, toilets and hygiene facilities.
• Rational electricity consumption: industrial unit with lighting and natural ventilation system, minimizes the use of lamps and avoids the use of air conditioners.
• Own generation of solar energy with a system composed of 104 Modules, generating a monthly average of 5,200KW;
• Ecological tiles made from recycled material.
• Wasted water treatment;
• Organic waste (peels and seeds) are processed into a compost, through a composting system;
• Sewage treatment.
